By accessing or using RektDefender.LOL (the "Site") or playing Rekt Defender (the "Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or Game.
These Terms apply to all visitors, players, and anyone who interacts with the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Rekt Defender is a skill-based browser game where players compete for the highest score. Players have the option to pay a game fee in USDC to participate in the competitive weekly leaderboard. The top 3 players by score each week receive REKT tokens as prizes.
Every game requires a 0.10 USDC payment, verified on-chain before a session is issued.
Rekt Defender is a game of skill. Scores are determined entirely by player ability and gameplay performance. There is no element of chance or randomness that determines competitive outcomes. Prize eligibility is based solely on skill-based score rankings.

We reserve the right to restrict access from additional regions at any time without notice if we determine that legal or regulatory risk requires it.
Each paid game requires a fee of 0.10 USDC payable via your connected Solana wallet. Payments are processed via x402 / OpenFacilitator on the Solana blockchain.
Each 0.10 USDC game fee is manually processed and split as follows:
All game fees are non-refundable. Once a payment is confirmed on the Solana blockchain, it cannot be reversed. By approving a payment in your wallet, you acknowledge that you are paying for the right to participate in a single game session and that this fee is non-refundable regardless of game outcome.
If a technical error prevents your game session from starting after payment is confirmed, please contact us via X DM with your wallet address and transaction ID. We will review and issue a credit for a future game session at our discretion. We do not guarantee refunds in any circumstances.
The top 3 players by score each week are eligible to receive USDC prizes. The prize pool consists of 70% of that week's total game fees, paid directly to winning wallets every Monday.
Prizes are distributed to the winning wallet addresses within 24 hours of each Monday 00:00 UTC reset. Prizes are sent directly to the wallet address connected during gameplay. We are not responsible for prizes sent to incorrect wallets due to player error.
All scores are verified against a unique paid session ID before being recorded on the leaderboard. Scores submitted without a valid, unused session ID matching the submitting wallet address will be rejected. We reserve the right to disqualify any score we determine to be fraudulent, manipulated, or submitted in bad faith.
Prizes are denominated in REKT tokens. The USD value of prizes fluctuates with the market price of REKT and is not guaranteed. We make no representation about the present or future value of REKT tokens. Prize amounts shown on the Site are estimates based on current token price and actual amounts received may differ.
Our determination of leaderboard rankings and prize winners is final. In the event of a dispute, contact hello@rektdefender.lol within 48 hours of the weekly reset. We will review disputes at our sole discretion.

The official REKT token contract address will be published on this Site upon launch. Always verify the contract address before purchasing any token. We are not responsible for losses arising from interaction with fraudulent tokens claiming to be REKT. Only trust contract addresses published directly on this Site.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate disqualification from current and future prize eligibility, withholding of prizes, and permanent ban from the Site.
All content on this Site including but not limited to the game, graphics, design, text, logos, and branding is owned by or licensed to Rekt Defender and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written permission.
Rekt Defender is an original game. While inspired by classic arcade games, the mechanics, design, characters, and crypto-themed content are original works. Any resemblance to other games is coincidental.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rekt Defender and its operators shall not be liable for:
The Site and Game are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the total game fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify the community of significant changes via our X and Hey.LOL channels. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
